An annual independent nonprofit audit is generally considered a best practice, even if not required by law. Donors may not even consider funding an organization without initially looking at results of an independent audit.

Nonprofit organizations typically don’t owe taxes, however, they’re still subject to significant IRS regulations. We stay focused on the unique tax rules and requirements that affect your nonprofit organization to ensure your returns meet the highest standard so there is no risk of losing your tax-exempt status. We file all required forms including Form 990, California nonprofit Form 199 and Attorney General Form RRF-1.
